International Operation based in the U.K.

I have been involved in the brewing industry for the past 26 years. In that time I have worked within large production sites and small microbreweries. As brewmaster of a 50 hectolitre cask conditioned microbrewery my beer won a Gold Medal at the 1992 Brewing Industry International Awards.

Experienced in all aspects of production, packaging, beer maturation and filtration, employee relations, plant design, installation and marketing. I have worked with many types of equipment from single infusion mash to decoction, on plant manufactured in America, Canada, Germany, Japan, Italy and the U.K. I have undertaken assignments in the U.K., Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Viet Nam, Belgium, Norway and Yap (Micronesia).
